ZENITH LIFEPO4 BATTERY

After many tests ITALCAR uses the Zenith LIFEPO4 battery in 48V – 100Ah and 48V – 200Ah packs. The installation of the battery is done at the factory for the new vehicles with the warranty of ITALCAR.

ZENITH batteries and chargers are manufactured in Italy and have all European certifications.

During tests carried out in the 2nd half of 2022, the Zenith LIFEPO4 battery showed reliable behavior and performance in all conditions. In actual performance measurements, with a load of 4 people and a slight elevation, its actual range exceeded 50km with the 48V-100Ah pack and 100km with the 48V-200Ah pack.

POSSIBILITY TO CHANGE TO LITHIUM FOR OLDER ITALCAR VEHICLES

ITALCAR has a replacement Lithium battery kit for its older models (2014 – 2022). It includes the Zenith LIFEPO4 battery, the charger, the wiring and additionally the necessary controller adjustment with the new parameters.
